I am a new mama and IVF warrior. I am incredibly passionate about giving my family a safe and non-toxic home and am sharing my journey with anyone who is on a similar path towards healthy, holistic and clean living.
The key to sustaining non-toxic living long-term is to find products that work well for your family. Have kids that are constantly staining their clothes? You need a powerful laundry detergent that actually works, but isn’t full of harmful ingredients. Love the smell of a clean house? Women are exposed to over 150 chemicals everyday due to their personal care products. Fortunately, there are many non-toxic options available that meet a variety of different budgetary needs. Men, you aren’t excluded from this! There could be toxins lurking in your body wash, deodorant and toothpaste.

There are many small changes you can make to live a more holistic lifestyle. Holistic health focuses on whole body wellness, not just single ailments that hinder our bodies. A holistic approach addresses the whole person including physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
Clean eating
Unfortunately, we are exposed to many toxins in our food due to how many processed foods the typical American diet exposes us to. A great first step towards clean living is to focus on eating whole foods, but there are also many healthier swaps you can make for convenience foods that will reduce your toxin exposure.
